Juniors Mineral ID Testing Kit, February 2018
“Make & Take!”
Each family amde its own Mineral Testing Kit to keep and use to help identify their own minerals! The kit included nine of the ten specimens for the hardness test and a streak plate. There were also directions for how to do the tests that they also practiced in the January meeting as well. Juniors even tried identifying some mystery specimens for fun!
