2019 Dahlonega Science Festival

This was the first year for GMS at the Dahlonega Science Festival and it was great! Lillie Phillips, Mike Pettis, Charles Carter, and I represented GMS by providing a hands-on STEM activity at the Discovery Center event in the Dahlonega Community House. Lillie and I helped visitors make sand cards then view them on a digital microscope. Mike and Charles answered questions about GMS and gave away GMS stickers. We had a lot of fun and we are looking forward to next year's event!
